Mining

The Mining skill focuses on breaking blocks with a pickaxe. This skill allows players to gain advantages while mining, such as increased chances of finding rare items, faster mining speeds, and more.

Double Drops (Passive ability) Scales with level

Adds a chance to obtain an extra minerals when mining with a pickaxe, which scales with level to 80% chance at mastery level 100.

Super Breaker (Active ability) Level 25

Temporarily enables instant break on Mining materials, at the cost of extra damage to your pickaxe. Duration of this ability scales with level, up to mastery level 100.

With a pickaxe held in your hand, you can right-click a block to ready your tool. Use [crouch]+right clicking in special cases, such as when there is an item in the offhand. The ability will then be activated by Mining blocks.

Super Breaker duration scales with Mining level, but the cooldown is a static 4 minutes.

Blast Mining (Active ability)

With a pickaxe in hand, [crouch]+right-click on TNT from a distance. This will cause the TNT to instantly explode, allowing players to mine quickly in a larger radius, making excavation easier.

Blast Mining has 8 ranks, unlocked at increasing levels in mining. With each rank, blast mining yields more ores, and the associated abilities (below) grow more powerful.

Blast mining rank 1 Level 30

• 35% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 2 Level 40

• 40% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 3 Level 50

• 45% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 4 Level 60

• 50% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 5 Level 70

• 55% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 6 Level 80

• 60% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 7 Level 90

• 65% ore bonus

Blast mining rank 8 Level 100

• 70% ore bonus

Bigger Bombs (Passive ability) Level 30

Increases TNT explosion radius once for every 2 blast mining ranks advanced. The maximum modifier is 4x at rank 8.

Demolitions Expertise (Passive ability) Level 30

Decreases the damage taken by the player from TNT explosions, especially useful when blast mining. Scales with blast mining rank, to a maximum damage reduction of 80% at rank 8.

Mother Lode

(Passive ability) Level 100

This endgame buff adds a slim chance to receive triple drops from mining a block with a pickaxe. At mastery level 100, this ability has a 5% chance of activating. This chance increases by 0.05% per level.

Keep in mind that these blocks must be naturally spawned by the server's world generation in order to award experience when mined.

Mining is a parent skill of smelting, meaning that your level in mining contributes to your level in smelting.
