In order to provide an experience which can be successful in bringing a community together to play the game we all know and love, DormCraft's donation store strives to be compliant with Mojang's EULA. This means that, while we do offer rewards for our supporters, these rewards either do not adversely affect competitive gameplay (such as cosmetics), can be obtained through normal, unpaid gameplay (via the Viking achievement ranks), or can offer benefit to everyone online regardless of supporter status (such as movable spawners and playerwarps). We at DormCraft believe firmly that the pay-to-win model does not foster an enjoyable, cooperative environment for players. For this reason, DormCraft will never offer supporter packages which adhere to a pay-to-win model.

All donations and purchases made in this shop are completely voluntary by the customer. By purchasing virtual items in any way (including direct PayPal transactions) or by accessing Dormcraft's services, packages, information, etc. you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy, and the Dormcraft User Agreement. Dormcraft is not responsible for transaction errors which may arise from the use of payment platforms or other services which Dormcraft does not control. Please ensure that you are safely entering the correct information into PayPal or other websites when submitting your contribution. In the event of an issue with payment, in-game benefits, or other issues with a contribution, you agree to seek support through any of the following approved channels:

  1. The support channel of our Discord

  2. By contacting a developer or staff member directly via a Dormcraft platform or service*

Nearly all the time, the problem can be easily resolved. Please provide relevant details in your message, including item purchased, date/time of purchase, account(s) involved, and a brief description of the issue. In the interest of security, please do not provide any information related to your payment or account details outside of a secure private chat with a store administrator. *If you believe an error you are experiencing is due to developer oversight, or that the error is liable to expose sensitive user data, please contact Dormcraft staff directly for support.

We do not offer a donation refund if:

  • You change your mind about the donation.

  • You receive a ban or other infraction for violating our rules or bylaws.

  • Your current package has come to an end.

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription on time.

  • You donated to an organization or server which is not owned & operated by Dormcraft.

  • You used incorrect/invalid details in your donation, excluding preferred names.

Services and/or benefits purchased are valid only on participating and currently operational Dormcraft platforms, and are subject to change at any time. Support ranks & rewards are subject to change at any time. In the event of an addition or reduction of supporter benefits, changes will be listed in our Discord under the #announcements and/or #changelog channel and in a message to all affected supporter accounts in-game. We will also notify you if we update our TOS. The 'Ranks' page of the Dormcraft wiki (this page) and the item descriptions in our store will display all available supporter benefits.
